- Melda Salhab Review added: 2018.01.24★ ★ ★ ★ ★I attended a taster session and absolutely loved the class. Cailey is an excellent instructor and really focuses on real-world applications. This class offers cardio, strength training, sparring, self-defence techniques, and a generally fun and supportive environment. (Sadly, I couldn't sign up due to physiotherapy restrictions, but I highly recommend the class for anyone looking for a good workout and a way to stay safe)
