- Emily Andrew Review added: 2018.04.01★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service. Cancelled an appointment on morning of the appointment due to vomiting. Apologised for the late notice, but it couldn’t be helped. Got a disgruntled receptionist about the late cancellation, to be expected.
Phoned to make new appointment, got same receptionist who proceeded to tell me off again and remind me of the policy of cancelling 2 days beforehand. I’m an NHS nurse and understand the frustration of people cancelling appointments late, but to be told off twice by a receptionist for something out of your hands is more than annoying.
Have closed my account and won’t be going back.
