The staff are friendly at the West Hampstead and Park Royal stores however dont expect smiles at the New Southgate store which seems like a different company. Stepping into that place is like stepping into some parallel universe where all joy and hope has long since been abandoned..
The staff look like they have been kidnapped from a zombie film set and indentured into slavery...they react as such when asked a simple question such as "how much is this?" or "where are the nooses?" etc etc. Avoid.
