- Sophie Marple Review added: 2018.06.25★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The location is beautiful, the service is lovely and the food is tasty. But for what it is, some dishes are so expensive. I’m vegetarian and I feel if you are going to market your restaurant on the quality of the vegetables, and how they are put centre stage you should not be charging £15 for a small bowl of pasta with kale pesto and then £21 for a slab of pork belly & veg. The pork belly was so big my friend couldn’t finish it whereas I felt cheated with my measly bowl of tagliatelle (delicious as it was). And with the sides - the chips are impressive, the broccoli less so. The number of empty tables in the restaurant may show that others feel the same way.....
