  It’s actually pretty funny reading through the reviews. I think a few people like Zara Azeem forgot to mention how closely they are related to the owner of this establishment. I’ve lived around here long enough to know how awful this place is. I remember when it opened we were all excited to have a place like this in the market but we couldn’t be more unfortunate. If you want an awful haircut, wonky eyebrows and probably the worst wax job I’ve ever had then this place can provide that. The owner a rude oversized lady, is always angry looking women up and down. Please chill out, your face scares me. If you ask them to maybe just even your eyebrows out, they look at you like they’re demented. Trust the women on here telling you about their AWFUL experiences and don’t step foot into this place. It really is that bad. All my local area people have had similar experiences and now avoid this place. We take the bus or drive down to Whitechapel.

  The fact that ‘Mandy’ has made an account to specifically reply to my review is actually flattering. But honestly, I think you have me mixed up with your imagination? I’m a south Asian woman, OBVIOUSLY I don’t have ginger tones, daft cow. I never had a full head of highlights, thankfully. Can’t imagine how awful it would’ve been. Please try to use your common sense when replying to customer reviews. The fact that you are a employee of this place and responding with such negativity really says something about this place.
  
  If these people can treat customers so poorly over a review based on our actual experiences, imagine how they would behave in person. Awful, disgusting customer service. Avoid like the plague!!!!!
