- Jennifer Lubela Review added: 2018.01.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've always come to Brooks since the age of 16 and back then, the service was always quick and always availablity of nurses and other services to help out.
Usually i wouldn't have to wait any more than 30 minutes. Now every time I attend there's always something happening, theres either no nurses around or you'll wait an hour just for the receptionist to tell you no one is available to see you, which is a waste of bloody time. I would recommend coming 15 mins earlier than the opening hours, if you don't like waiting for too long.
Or even go to a hospital and book an appointment, trust me you're better off doing so. Bullcrap.
