I was very sceptical about going from brown to blonde.
She reassured me many times she could make me go from brown to blonde and do balayage.
Cancelled on me and my friend twice, to which the last time changed the location 10 minute before she was supposed to arrive at ours.
Terrible service from someone who calls them self a professional.
Wanted blonde balayage, and what the out come was ginger, this was also not balayage which I received it just looked like someone had thrown hair dye in patched over my hair.
I got told I'd get a full refund. I paid £70 for balayage and cut only got £49 back. I paid in cash but bold and beauty refunded me through bank transfer, I had to constantly message her through a period of 2 weeks to finally get a refund which was only given once I said I would come to the location and collect it in person.
Would definitely NOT RECCOMEND.
