Before installing new boiler, they always sent someone out on the same day to fix any problems with the old boiler.
When a new boiler was installed, we received a great service and the installation went very smoothly. Staff in the office were very friendly and very helpful. In particular, Chelsea was very patient and helpful. She simply sorted everything out for us.
