partner, Ann.
After years of yo-yoing weight, despite eating well and exercising, I
stumbled across insulin resistance. I changed my nutrition balance and
lost weight. The thing was that I had no idea what weight was healthy for
me as I had been all over the place for years. After the first scan I
got some realistic numbers and goals and it was incredibly motivational.
At the second scan I had achieved what I wanted to. Taking the guesswork out of it cut through the bewildering onslaught of general information and advice I was exposed to and I could focus on what was right for me.
At 56 I have never been leaner or fitter and probably avoided Type 2
diabetes.
I have referred a number of people to you, most recently last week my
sister in law and her husband, and they came out motivated and targeted
in what they needed to do. Very happy to have the service.
So a massive thank you.
Ann was almost exercise averse, but after the first scan when she saw the visceral fat being over 100 and her muscle mass being in the bottom
decile it shocked her so much she took up weight training twice a week.
Between the first and second scan her visceral fat dropped nearly 25% and her muscle mass increased slightly. Since then she has been weight
training consistently and has made consistent progress in strength, and
hopefully muscle mass.
Can¹t tell you how delighted she is, and how amazed I am at the
motivation the scans have given her.
