Not-only was he professional, but efficient and caring enough to make my purchase effortless. They offered me a very strong price for my part-exchange and the deal was done in no time at all. I think that if you're in the market for a BMW motorbike, go straight to Battersea for the best service. At Park Lane, you can get a bit lost in the glamour of being on Park Lane (if that makes sense), but dealing with Battersea keeps it very real. Well recommended - well done Duncan.

Had my problem not have been resolved I’d have felt thoroughly let down. Thanks Linda, your a credit to the team. Also really appreciated the follow up call a few days later. Makes a real difference!
- Mark Kidd Review added: 2017.12.24★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆They returned my car dirty (leather seats) after external repairs. Also forgot to re-set the service prompt after it had the service - I had to take it back in to get it sorted! Body work job was fine though.
