Over 3 years, I have helped with the recruitment of quite a lot of people here and all have had only positive things to feedback. The management team work very well together with the rest of the office team and likewise with field staff. I have to say, I have had more candidates WANT to work here than roles that were available and this is a big factor when you think about the quality provided by an organisation. "Quality, not quantity" is how I have always described Bluebird Islington and this remains the same.
