  I spend 8 days with my sister k. Chand, we had 2 twins bed. On our second day we noticed that the bed sheet was dirty. We asked for it to be changed. Was not done.
  The room was not clean properly. The bed was not made up just have sheets pull over to look make.
  The dining room staff in the morning was rude and is rushing you out of the dining room.
  The meal menu is the same every day of the week.
  My overall experience is will not go back to any Best Western hotel. This is my second bad experience with this Best Western hotel.

  The room was clean and most of the things in there were working. The air con was a bonus due to the hot weather that we experienced during the stay.
  Website stated that there was parking on site, which there was however there were 6 spaces and we were told we had to park on the local housing estate or cancel our booking with no charge. After telling them to cancel it they managed to find a space in the car park for us to put the car.
  The shower did not drain very well so while you were in it you were stood in the dirty water. Also you had to leave 10-15 minutes between people so that the water could drain.
  The hotel was easy to find and close enough to the tube station and bus links that it was easy to get to where ever we wanted to go within London
