We got a decanter for a friends birthday other friends bought a present too so that we ended up having to return a present. We decided to return the decanter as it was £48 and definitely not worth more than £20. But even though we return it right the next morning the shop has a no return policy and we could only get something else we didn't want for a ridiculous high price.
Everything this shop sells you could buy online for 70% less and I would have never shopped there if it hadn't been a last minute emergency. There complete lack of fairness and customer service makes it definitely a never again!
