Called the new girl to assist me as their gossip was more important. She help for 3 minutes then walked off as though she was too busy so I left and went and bought from another bed shop.

However, after ordering a new mattress, I learned that the full description was hidden at the store about it being open-coil and not pocket sprung. Open-coil was only mentioned on-line website as a fading symbol.
The store is nice but Benson company's sales tactic-hiding the open coil mattress types in the description at the stores-is truly betraying my trust.
I DID even ask this question to the sales person but he evaded answering it comparing its firmness to the form mattresses instead and now I feel deceived to buy an expensive open-coil mattress.
Buyers, be careful. Unlike the new trends, most of Benson's mattresses are open-coil types, if not mentioned otherwise, even if it is marked as £1,000+.
Unwanted Headache ahead for me.
Monitoring their sales prices, their sales price is none other than a lure and an actual retail price unless the double promotions are applied ; the price difference is minimal.
Benson's also let the manor brand companies supply their mattresses with changing the model names to make them look more exclusive and updated but they are similar to the others sold through other venues.
In general, the company lacks transparency disclosure to the consumer.
