- Aries H-jk Review added: 2018.11.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst gym I've ever been to in my life - very old feel. Changing in the room almost made me vomit - dirty floor- overflowing bin & smells foul -DO NOT EVEN TRY GYM USING THE FREE DAY PASS ! You have been warned!
- D B Review added: 2018.04.08★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Front of house/reception are lovely, but the women at (what should be renamed) RUDE-barb & Custard cafe have zero customer service skills. Absolutely rude! Not realising there were changing facilities within the cafe (blocked by two huge vending machines), one of the women could have politely said there were baby facilities but proceeded to rant that this is a food prep area and that I wouldn't do this [change a baby] in a kitchen. First off, you weren't preparing any food (it was early, all they were doing were laying out the PACKAGED food and pre-bought boxed teabags on the counter) and secondly, don't yell at me when there's day-old (or god knows how long) trodden-on chips on to the filthy floor.
Seriously, if you hate your job (or any job that involves customer service for that matter), do something else! Maybe there's a vacancy for a cleaner to clean the floors?!
