Something I was told after I booked and also never heard of before in all my years of using the site. Then I wanted a balayage but as you can see it is clearly a ombre. Also I have zero blending just straight block lines as pictured in photo, I asked for a refund and I have had not answer especially as I have no time to go back to get it fixed, nor would I want to too scared now. But zero response.... Also the groupon is always double the cost so expect to pay way over the odds for the service. I have suffered embarrassment too at work being called a skunk and having the meme photo as attached sent to me which is funny but more hurtful then anything else.... im really shocked at the way this has been handled. Additionally I was told that the treatment would take two hours it took four and so I had to cancel my evening plans. I will have to get this corrected myself now. Super upset more then anything else.
