- Philippa Caddow Review added: 2018.07.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Shocking Customer Service. I booked 3 weeks ago a spray tan as I'm heading off on holiday today. Even took time off work. Yesterday when I arrived, got unchanged, naked waiting for my therapist in a filthy room. She came in and said oh sorry we only have dark as we stopping doing tans soon and dont see the point in buying any more. They were happy to take my money but not happy to be professional and honour each appointment. Since Charlie left the place has deteriorated. She was the best therapist there. Therapy rooms are filthy with sticky floors and need a good clean. My therapist responded and said "dont have a go at me, I just work here." Since Charlie left Ive had an awful Microdermabrasion and now they let me down the day before my holiday. Still no word from the owner. Still no apology.
