- Simon Nery Review added: 2017.12.31★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - paid £300 for a panama that which I took extreme care of - never folded it and carried it on Plane - straw started to disintegrate with tears with 2 weeks.
To make matters worse when I contacted the store it took over a week to speak with the manager - who dismissed me by saying “we are not responsible for what you do with the hat”.
I have never felt so ripped off, and the managers attiyude was unbelievable.
Don’t waste your hard earned money on these losers - there’s a reason why they’ve downsized recently and moved across the road, and they will be soon be history if they continue to treat provide such terrible service whilst fleecing customers.
