It was too easy to book the class and as in other locations, the staff was friendly and ready to provide a great exercise class. The space was in an old building with great character and airy feeling. They had, as expected, a juice bar and the "red room" with fun, upbeat music to keep you going. It was fun to get the London take on Barry's.
