I thought the place looked really cool and had a nice vibe. The hairdresser Amy was very friendly and when I explained that I wanted a trim, straight with just a bit of texture at the bottom she said it was no problem. After the cut she did a smooth blow dry and only when I got home I realised that not only she put layers in but the layers on one side were about 1.5 inch shorter than on the other side! Only now, 8 months and 2 recovery haircuts later (at a different place!) I can say that my hair is back to what it should be. I really wanted to like this salon but turned out to be a real disappointment.
