- imk j Review added: 2018.09.09★ ★ ★ ★ ★First lunch at Baban's today 9 May 2018 and can safely say they make some of the best naan in London! Had the Kurdish kebab (£3) - a delicious long patty made of minced potato & Halal meat combined with simple fresh tomato, onion & iceberg lettuce salad & a choice of sauces in a naan, made before my eyes in a traditional tandoor oven. Good lunch choice - not greasy at all. Service was sweet & prompt. I was also a single woman customer but was served with friendly respect by the male staff, and felt comfortable among the small group of men awaiting service also. Having spent much time in the Asian subcontinent and SE Asia, I'd vouch for the freshness, quality and taste of both the breads and the ingredients. Definitely will return!
