- christopher Garston Review added: 2018.06.06★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Incredible, been trying to book 14 tickets for an event on the 14th December. Its currently May but is proving impossible, myself and PA can't seem to do it.
Hours of holding and if yoru lucky enough speak to someone they say they will call you book about the "group booking" and do not. I did receive one call back but after calling the number that was left for 3 days straight no one answers it.
Do not offer telephone as a service option if you are not willing to have staff to answer them.
My advise is use Ticketmaster or someone else.. Truly terrible experience and i have finally given up on booking tickets for this event!
