- Richard Lister Review added: 2018.03.02★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I agree that not the same since andre left. I had a botched Root Canal and I had to go to a professoinal with the right equipment cost me £800. When I came to complain i was told that it was when andre was there and not their problem.
I would recommend you goto a clinic that has been recommended. Always get a second opinion before having any treatment. Also consult your doctor. I have been left with a varied mixed opinion of dentists.
Some are about Patient care (Nunu / Andrea excellent dentists) others are about making money. Just make sure you dont get swept away with having expensive treatment without a second opinion! Kings College hospital provide a great NHS service if you are prepared to wait.
I have had a response from the owners but.. I dont believe they have the correct information. The root canal I had was from a stand in dentist due to Andre being ill. He said i needed a root canal without even taking an xray. He then proceeded to do the procedure then halfway through slipped and said "oops i have made a right pigs ear of this" He filled it back up and then said I will need to go to a specialist. So it was NOT Andre. After I had the tooth fixed to great expense. I called back an spoke to them it appears that andre had left (I now know he has sadly passed away) and the new owners would not take on any responsibility for it. This was within a six month time frame!
When you buy a business you buy the previous customers. if they are not happy you should compensate them if they have had a botched treatment. Would you turn away the database of patients you obtained when you bought the business! As you can see from their response they are quick to try and absolve themselves I just hope this isn't how they treat current customers.
