- Alex Faz Review added: 2018.05.08★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I visited this location Yesterday and I bought myself £150 black trainers, After I made the payment I saw the student discount offer next to the till. I have asked the lady can u apply this discount? She replied “ sorry to late ur payment is done now”
I said, I want the refund and I don’t want the trainers now...””she replied we don’t have refund policy””we can only exchange but not refund.
To get 15% discount wouldn’t have bothered me at all when u spending £150 for one items and the £15 nothing. Just the principal and making up their own policy just damaging the brand reputation. I have checked the refund policy on the AX website. I’ll wont be visiting this location anymore and I’ll not recommend to any fri d of mine.
