Unfortunately the basin was slightly damaged so we contacted Aqua Bathroom Ltd and sent a couple of photos showing the damage and the basin was replaced the next day without any fuss. We were so impressed, not only with the superb customer service and prompt delivery, but also with the quality of the goods and the competitive price.
