- Rupa Patel Review added: 2018.06.16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Leaving an elderly couple outside waiting for an ambulance to take them home after their appointment is not acceptable!!! Receptionist chucked them out of the waiting room because she wanted to go home!! Very distressed in-laws. My father in law has dementia and has recently had a 4 week stay in hospital with heart problems and can't stand! He was left standing outside with no offer of a wheelchair. Disgusting disgusting disgusting. What is wrong with people? This happened today 29 September 2017 at 5pm!
