I got ripped of once when I brought a computer in for repair and he hadn't didn't repair it properly, another time when my laptop wasn't charging he told me it was the laptop and wanted to charge £60 for it, I told him I would take it somewhere else, it turned out to be the charger which I bought for £10. My daughter this week took her phone for repairs, he told her it would be ready on thursday, it wasn't, when she got the phone back on the saturday, he hadn't fixed it properly, when she told him that she had asked him to fix that part as well, he blamed water damaged, which is irrelevant when you ask someone to fix it, he then told it would now be ready on monday - after it was already 2 days late, she complained so he then said come back in 2 hours, the repair cost £85 and he told her he was doing her a favour. Rude service and a total rip off, do not use this repair shop. I gave him one star only because I can't post this. I would give him none.
