- Billy McKay Review added: 2018.03.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These guys are awful. I've been living in one of their apartments over the last 4 months and can confidently say this is a terrible agency.
They never respond in a timely manner to anything, every sort of inquiry has to go through a stupid app called Arthur Online which is absolute rubbish. They've accused me of not paying rent in a timely manner when I've paid every single month on the correct day, and any issues with your apartment you notify them about, they will almost certainly try to blame it on you so they don't have to help.
They refuse to take calls on their phone number from clients which I find unbelievable - I assume because these guys don't really know what they're doing so they worst nightmare is having to face a client.
Overall, an amateur agency with under-educated staff at best.
