When I joined the sessions I was suffering from a catalogue of pains in too many different parts of my body to list here. I did not join the Alexander Technique thinking that it would improve all of these, but more out of desperation. I needed to do something! 8 years on, not only I have got rid of all of my catalogue of pains, but it has also greatly improved my posture and my psyche. Now my teenager daughter has joined the technique too in order to help her with her posture. The long hours seating at a desk between the school and homework are proving quite taxing and the technique is really helping her. I would absolutely recommend doing the Alexander Technique to anyone, but even more so if you could do it with the best teacher: Antonella Cavallone. I would not know how to separate one from the other.
