However the chilli con carne taco the chef hadn't even bothered to warm up. We bit into cold chilli con carne. The very nice waitress came with a new, warm, portion. When I asked why it had come out cold the first she said the chef just shrugged his shoulders. With that little care about the food preparations it makes me wonder how the rest of the food and hygiene is taken care of. It's a shame as the menu and the drinks list is quite inviting. No attempt made to do good either. If you blunder in that way you should at least offer a drink, pudding or a discount along with a reassurance of re training that should stop the same thing from happening in the future. Heating up the food correctly is pretty basic and can cause health issues for customers if it is dealt with in this careless way.
