I had booked my taxi a day in advance to pick me up from Heathrow terminal 1 and received email confirmation. Called the driver and the main office several times and they didn't picked up. Finally got a call back 40 mins after I was due to be picked up and was told that I would have to wait another hour until they would arrive! Terrible service. Do not use this company if you want a reliable service!!!
