- Mark Taylor Review added: 2018.07.06★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wanted to book 2 business class flights to Auckland but wanted to stop off on route so I decided to talk to a member of their booking dept., I waited 20 minutes for the phone to be answered, this is appalling customer service.
The flight person I spoke to would not take my enquiry and call me back because they don't call customers back!
Are these guys living in the Stone Age or something?
Increase your staff levels to answer people's calls.
More emphasis on customer service is needed urgently.
Other airlines offer a far better service so guess what that means?
