I bought my first property in November last year so unsurprisingly I was nervous about the prospect of letting my flat out directly through AirBnB, this is where Air Agent have proved invaluable. Their hands on service coupled with the user friendly online portal helped me monitor my bookings and they found quick tenants at an above market price.
Their professional clean and ‘hotel style’ touches also meant that my property has been well reviewed and already drawing in future business.
Lewis Tinsley was especially helpful and was always quick to respond to any questions and guide me through the process. I’m very impressed with the set up and they are well worth their fee.
