We are still unsure whether everything has gone through yet. They have never got back to me on my request to check if our deposit has been paid.
So please ensure you never use these people to help you with anything. They are virtually non-existent as a company. We are no longer dealing with them because they have lost their place on the Virgin Mortgate Panel so Virgin won't deal with them anymore. Virgin had tried to ring them to resolve it, but had rung every day for 3 weeks without anyone answering the phone! This is the same experience we've had. This is not a legitimate company. We are awaiting a refund and have complained to the law ombudsmen and also the RSA. Stay away, avoid, etc, etc.
