- Anne Solarin Review added: 2018.04.06★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came in on the 27th of April to get shellac done. Within 3 days the shellac came off on 2 of my nails. I came in on the 3rd of May for the nails to be redone because I had to remove everything. Upon getting to the nail salon the Husband of the owner of the shop (supposedly manager) basically said no that I should have come to the salon as soon as the nail chipped. I tried my best to explain to him that it was impossible because I work. The reply I received was very surprising. He told me I should go somewhere else since am not happy with the service in an hostile voice. I was shocked because I have been a loyal customer 2 years plus. New York nails although there are many nail salons out there, your loyal customer customer will always come back if taken care of. I am told to come on Tuesday and speak with the OWNER so, hopefully on Tuesday I will be able to get my refund back.
DISAPPOINTED!!!!
