On Wednesday 5th July 2017, around 4pm, I walked into the pharmacy and a young man was serving a gentleman. Apart from myself, there were no other customers.
I patiently waited to be served.
After 5 minutes, another gentleman came into the shop, the person serving called out to another member of staff to come and serve the gentleman who had just arrived.
Another female member of staff came up behind the counter and spoke on the phone.
Nobody even looked at me.
After 2 minutes I asked "What do I have to do, or be, to get served in here?"
No answer. So I left. Very disappointing that the first staff member didn't indicate that I had already been there waiting for a while.
I shall change pharmacy.
