I arrived to the branch with my husband (and we both had to take the afternoon off for this apt) for then discovering that she wasn't in! What I waste of time. We finally managed to speak to her only on the phone and she promised me she would have send me an email with everything we discussed and the relative information and links and 4 days later I'm still waiting. This is ridiculous.
