Steve Fairfax is a direct employee of Banham yet here he reviews and gets feedback from the company like he’s a member of public.. can you really trust a company that lies even before they get there? They may make a good lock but that doesn’t stop them acting like crooks!

After moving into our new home we needed locks and an alarm fitting. The salesman gave me detailed and sound advice but wasn't pushy when I only wanted some of the suggestions.
The installation of locks, alarm and some other items was hassle free and neat and tidy.
The locks are great, very smart and really solid.
We've now had the service for 3 years and the engineers that come around to maintain the system have always been polite and tidy. The one time there was an issue with false alarms following a maintenance visit they were around straight away to sort it out.
Very pleased with their service and would recommend them.
They are not the cheapest but they are good quality.
