We turned up with an appointment, all our information and such only to be told ‘sorry services down we cant do anything’ and the guy said this whilst not even looking up at us, wouldn’t even hold a conversation or explanation of if it’ll come back today or what?? Shocking! Please hire people who hold some form of social etiquette! Maybe then the people who walk in will also pick up on it and it won’t be a herd when you enter.

When they went my house in Bangladesh for inquiry then they want to bribe 10000 taka .they told my parents if they don't give this money then they will not work for my application. It's really sad I already paid 92 pound in Bangladesh high commission London then again I have to pay 10000 taka in Bangladesh. It's really shame for our country .bangladesh government should take action against those corrupted people .
