- דפנה סולומוניקה-לוי Review added: 2018.04.29★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rented a car from London stansted airport. All pre paid in advance. Had a voucher. Avis representative at the airport advised us that the cmputer is not working, Thus offered to make a new contract (twice as expensive) that he will personally cancel tomorrow morning when his boss arrives. Upon returining the car they assured us that that contract has been cancelled and that we owe them nothing. Guess what? we were double charged! Wrote to their costomer service. Promised an answer within 15 days. 37 has passed. No answer at all. They are thieves! never ever again.
