  I understand you get searched on entry but I was in this bar for no longer than an hour and when I went to the toilet I was approached by 3 security guards who told me I needed to be searched even more! I was grabbed and moved into a room where I was then thoroughly searched for drugs! I have never experienced this anywhere! This whole bar was filled with people who look as if they are the people with drugs but they picked the least expected person & made me feel awful.
  
  Obviously I had nothing on me but why single me out, I didn’t see anyone else getting forced into a room. You should have really been searching the people buying bottles of vodka & champagne but no as long as there spending big money. You can turn a blind eye!

  They acted like the bar was so fancy something you would expect in central London but it’s not!
  
  There are staff watching your every move or at least mine because I probably look so suspicious!!
  
  If you want a good, relaxed, fun night DON’T go here!

  Was here last night 1/6/2018 and had a negative experience with a member of the bar staff who was bartending upstairs. I was waiting about 10-15 minutes to be served a drink because the guy was decided he just wanted to serve at random and not who was next in queue. When I noted to him that I was here before others he was serving he told me " he doesn't care. He serves who he likes. I should just wait" poor service. I also witnessed another person having the same issue with that bartender. Safe to say that was the last drink I bought there.

  Honestly the worst place I've ever been. I've never complained before but this place was absolutely horrendous...
  
  1. Incredibly rude waiting staff who took our food before it was finished and wouldn't return the meal.
  2. Our food came an hour and a half late
  3. Terrible food, my salad was so drenched in mayo I couldn't eat it
  
  Don't go here. The new managers are completely incompetent and terrible to customers.
