The staff in this pharmacy are very rude. Last time I went, there were 3 members in the back who seemed completely oblivious that there might be customers in their shop. I waited 5 minutes before trying a "hello". Two women glanced at me and one of them said "just wait", as if I was rude for asking to be attended. Eventually someone (a polite young man, to be fair to him) came out to tell me there was no one to give me prescription medicine at this time.
Even if this one is closer to my house, I go to the Parade pharmacist on Green Lanes as much as I can because the staff are always helpful and friendly, whereas I systematically received a mediocre to very poor service in this pharmacy.
