- martin simmons Review added: 2018.11.23★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Please do not buy your car here. disaster from start to finish, today I flew over from Ireland to pick up a car I bought here, firstly there was no fuel at all in car nor did they put any in, 2, there was water in the boot, 3, the nearside wing was damaged, 4 offside rear wheel arch was damaged, 4, the car wasn't even valeted! Adam told me to take it to Tesco's to get valeted..the car was a 2010 golf, Adam was totally adamant he wasn't giving back a refund, so I had no choice but to take car as they knew I HAD NO WAY BACK . I left books in the showroom that belonged to my daughter, and I rang Adams phone 5 times and he would not return my calls. Hussein said he would ring ne before 5 to give me back a refund of £50, but again no response, appalling way to treat customers. Please don't buy here, go somewhere else. I look forward to hearing a reply from garage and get my refund as promised. When I bought car over internet I was promised car was perfect. it was far from perfect.
